Instructions:

  • Applicants are requested to check their legibility for the post before submitting the Application.
  • The applicant is required to submit correct information and, in any case, if found false will result in termination of JOB and legal action against them.
  • Upload the bio-data of size 200 kb maximum in .doc, docx, .pdf, .jpg or .png format

  • The applicant will be on probation period for the first 3 months and will not be libel for any leave and benefits. In case applicant remain absent during this period his/ her probation period will continues till he/ she regularise for 3 continuous months.

Eligibility

A. PGT

  • Post-graduation in concerned subject with at least 50% Marks.
  • One Year Bachelor of Education or Two years Masters of Education with at least 50% marks.

B. TGT

  • Graduation in concerned subject with at least 50% marks.
  • One Year Bachelor of Education or Two years Masters of Education with at least 50% marks.
  • TET passed from HP Board of School Education.

C. Mentor

  •  BE/ BTech (Computer Electronics/ Mechanical)
  •  Teaching Experience / Project Designing Experience.
  • Alumni / Private Employed / Govt Employee / Full time Job Seeker can apply.
  • Must be ready to work with Govt. of India in celebration with Sanchetna Public Sen. Sec. School.

D.  Clerk

  • 10+2 Passedwith minimun 50% marks
  • One Year Computer deploma
  • Have computer speed 25 wpm onwards and knowledge of fundamentals of MS office.
Working Procedure

Working PROCEDURE: 

A. Teaching Staff

  •  PGT, TGT and other teaching staff will have to work according to the guidelines issued by the education department.
  •  Teaching staff will have to mark biometric attendance before 09:00 AM and after 03:00 PM. Failure to do this will result in working without pay.
  • In case office working extends on holiday and after 03:00 PM, all employee will have to follow the order.
  • Teaching staff will be responsible for all teaching activities update of their respective classes.
  • Staff will have to abide all the regulations issued by Education department.

B. Mentor

  • The Mentor will have to join at least two training sessions in a month and will have to mentor the students in different projects and fields of your specialization.
  • The Mentor Session can be face to face / Online or through video conferencing. 
  • Mentor Registration will be for One Year an get the chance to work on different projects and IoT's.
  • The mentor can supervise the Innovators Projects and represent at National and International Level and can file Patents.

C. Non-Teaching

  •  The working of Non-Teaching staff will be from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
  •  All staff will have to follow all the regulation and orders issues by authorities.
